A little background
As part of the Clinic’s 2023-2026 strategic planning, the Steering Committee spent the fall of 2022 gathering the impressions and opinions of all stakeholders: clinical and non-clinical employees, community and institutional partners, users, members and citizens, etc.
During the winter of 2023, the committee analyzed the results of all the consultation activities and began to outline the Clinic’s 2023-2026 strategic plan, which will be submitted to the Annual General Assembly on June 21, 2023.
Now that spring has finally arrived, the committee is ready to share its preliminary proposals. It also wants to tap into the collective intelligence of the neighbourhood’s residents to develop health projects that reflect the real needs of the community, projects that are designed by and for the people who live in the Point.
We look forward to seeing you there!
