Consultation with doctors, nurses and others workers NOW BY TELEPHONE FIRST

With the aim of limiting the spread of COVID-19, the various consultations will be held by telephone until further notice.

The doctor and the various worker will ask you to come in person by appointment only when necessary.

We therefore ask you not to come to the Clinic until you have called.

  • See a doctor without an appointment (click here for more info)

  • See a nurse with or without an appointment: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at 500 Ash Avenue.

    • injection, contraception, screening, smoking cessation, adoption of healthy lifestyles, wound care, etc.

    • Individual follow-up and support for people suffering from diabetes and hypertension and medication adjustment (by appointment)

  • See a social worker with or without an appointment: Monday to Friday, from 8 to 12 am and from 1 to 5 pm at 500 Ash Avenue or call 514 937-9251 # 7248 or 7205

    • Reception, evaluation, orientation, personal difficulties, relationship or adjustment, bereavement, loss of job, domestic violence, help with institutional procedures, you’re in a difficult situation or you or someone close to you is experiencing a mental health problem, etc.

  • To be followed by a family doctor: sign up by calling 514 527-2318, or register to the wainting list online

  • Mental health: diagnosis, multidisciplinary follow-up in the medium or long term

  • Sexual health and women’s health: Planned and emergency contraception, gynecological examination, Pap test, STBBI screening, pregnancy test and IUD placement (by appointment)

  • Samples and blood tests: To take an appointment you must come in person to the secretariat with your request.

  • Vaccination: Seasonal flu, basic and recommended vaccines for people with a specific medical condition or specific lifestyle habits (see nurse with or without an appointment),

  • Injection Equipment Access Center (CAMSI) and support for people with addictions

  • Authentication of your health insurance card: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. at 500 Ash Avenue or Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 1h to 5pm on Wednesdays until 7:30 pm at 1955 Centre street

  • Resources and referrals

  • Assistance for persons with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, and for their families

How can I access these services?

Go to the Clinic reception at 500 Ash Avenue during opening hours.

All of the services are free and accessible for residents and workers of Pointe-Saint-Charles (covered by RAMQ).
