  • See a doctor without an appointment
  • See a nurse without an appointment (worried about your health, high blood pressure, injection, contraception, diabetes, etc.): Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at 500 Ash Avenue
  • See a social worker with or without an appointment (you’re in a difficult situation or you or someone close to you is experiencing a mental health problem): Monday to Friday, from 9 to 12 am and from 1 to 5 p.m. at 500 Ash Avenue
  • To be followed by a family doctor (sign up by calling 514 527-2318, or register to the wainting list online)
  • Mental health (diagnosis: multidisciplinary follow-up in the medium or long term)
  • Sexual health and women’s health (education, contraception, emergency contraception, gynecological exam, PAP test, screening for blood-borne and sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy test)
  • Procurement and blood tests (by appointment)
  • Vaccination
  • Injection Equipment Access Center (CAMSI) and support for people with addictions
  • Authentication of your health insurance card: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. at 500 Ash Avenue or Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 1h to 5pm on Wednesdays until 7:30 pm at 1955 Centre street

  • Assistance for persons with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, and for their families
