Services offered during COVID-19: by phone first!

We must all quickly adapt to the various measures to reduce the contamination of the COVID-19 coronavirus. The Clinic adapts and implements measures to maintain its services.

Given the importance of respecting health instructions as well as the need to redirect resources to deal with COVID-19, the Clinic decreases its opening hours for in-person visits and changes its practices.

Consultation with doctors, nurses and others workers NOW BY TELEPHONE FIRST

  • With the aim of limiting the spread of COVID-19, the various consultations will be held by telephone until further notice.
  • The doctor and the various worker will ask you to come in person by appointment only when necessary.
  • We ask you not to come to the Clinic until you receive a call confirming your appointment that morning.

Consultation without appointment with a doctor

Starting March 30th 2020,

  • You can call the Clinic at 514 937-9251 ext. 7302 from 8 am Monday to Friday to access the service.

Consultation without appointment with a nurse

  • The Clinic's nurse walk-in services remain available by phone from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • To access these services, call 514-937-9251 ext. 7213 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and ext. 7302 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Consultation with nurses from the youth team and walk-in youth clinic (6 to 24 years old)

  • NOW BY TELEPHONE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8 AM to 4 PM and until further notice.
  • We ask you not to come to the Clinic without speaking with the youth nurse. To access these services, call 514-937-9251 ext: 6243

Consultation without appointment with a social worker

  • Psychosocial support also remains open, but consultations will also be done by phone Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
  • To access these services, call 514-937-9251 ext. 7248

Opening time to present in person: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

  • We ask you not to come to the Clinic until you receive a call confirming your appointment that morning.
  • The two points of service of the Clinic will now be open for people who have to come in person from 8h to 16h.
  • Note that many measures have been put in place in terms of reception facilities, hygiene and sanitation as well as for monitoring vulnerable users to receive you safely.
