Proposed priorities for 2018-2019:

1. Autonomy of the Clinic
1.1 Sign a financing funding and collaboration agreement with the Ministry of Health and Social Services and CIUSSS Center-South which enforces ensures the maintenance of the Clinic’s special status in the health system.  
1.2 Organize, if necessary, a popular support campaign for maintaining the autonomy of the Clinic

2. 50th anniversary
From the 2018 AGA to the 2019 AGA, carry out the activities of the 50th anniversary’s program by ensuring the development of the distinctive specific social and political project of the Clinic.
3. Clinic Service Offer
3.1 Finalize the adoption of the 2017-2018 Organizational Plan.
3.2 Based on the Organization Plan and a critical approach of the health system, analyze the Clinic’s service offer according to the changing needs of the neighborhood’s population and the available resources.

4. Midwifery / childbirth house services
4.1 Continue the establishment implementation of midwifery services with through the hiring of a team of midwifes into at the Clinic.
4.2 Adopt and start a work plan for the set up establishment of a childbirth house in Pointe-Saint-Charles.

5. Health Struggle
5.1 Continue the surveillance regarding the respect of the law that abolished accessory fees.
5.2 Document and develop concrete ways to lead a public campaign for the inclusion of dental care in public health services.

6. Collective agreements and managers’ contract
Conclude and sign the agreements started in 2017-2018 and the managers’ contract.
