Fall Prevention Program STAND UP

Have you already had a fall or are you concerned about your balance?

Fall prevention program:

  • An intensive 12-week program.
  • A series of group exercises carried out twice a week.
  • A discussion period with information on safe behaviours and home set-up.
  • A routine of easy exercises to do at home.
  • A program facilitated by a trained and qualified Professional.

Physical activity: ideal for preventing falls!

When: From september 25th to December 13th, 2017, Monday 10:00-11:00 am and Wednesday 10:00-11:30 am
