Do you need health care or social services ?

Is it an emergency ?

Remember that the Community Clinic offers general health services (general medicine, social services, prevention and health promotion activities, community action projects, etc.). So if you have a serious and urgent problem

don’t hesitate ! – dial 911 right away

For other situations :

  1. If you’re worried about your own health or the health of someone close to you, call 8-1-1 on the telephone, the Info-santé Health Line.  A nurse will answer 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  2. If the nurse recommends that you see a doctor, see the list of the walk-in medical clinics below.  As of January 3, 2011, the walk-in medical services of the Pointe-Saint-Charles Community Clinic will be suspended for an indefinite period of time.
