The schedule for medical services, with or without an appointment, can change from time to time. Please always call 514-937-9251 before you come to the Clinic to make sure that the service is being offered. This could avoid an unnecessary trip

Opening hours for the Holiday period 2012-2013

The Clinic will be open on December 24th and December 31st 2012, from 8 a.m . to 8 p.m.
The Clinic will be closed on December 25th and December 26th 2012 as well as January 1st and 2nd, 2013

The Community Clinic offers its services at two different addresses in Pointe-Saint-Charles:

500 Ash Avenue

From Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 8 pm

If you need your Medicare card validated, come to the Clinic Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m, or between 1 :30 p.m.and 3:30 p.m.,or between 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm (closed from noon to 1pm)

Wednesday, from 9 am to 8 pm (closed from noon to 1pm)

Youth clinic - no appointment necessary Monday to Friday from 3:30 to 4:30 pm
